CEESR UNIUYO Director Awarded Commonwealth Professional Fellowship tenable at Lancaster University, Lancaster Environment Centre, UK
The Ag. Director, Centre for Research and Development also the Director, Centre for Energy and Environmental Sustainability Research, Dr. Edu Inam has been awarded the Commonwealth professional fellowship tenable at Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC), Lancaster University, UK.
The fellowship is funded by the UK Department of International Development (DFID). The fellowship will enable Dr Inam to study the LEC model for implementation at CEESR UNIUYO. The fellowship will last for six weeks commencing in April 2017.
CEESR UNIUYO Director to Participate in the 1st AU-ROK STI Workshop The Ag. Director, Centre for Research and Development also the Director, Centre for Energy and Environmental Sustainability Research, Dr Edu Inam will be participating in the 1st African Union Commission and Republic of Korea, Science, Technology and Innovation Workshop.
Her participation is to enable her work collaboratively with other participants based on the MoU between the African Union Commission (AUC) and the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) of the Republic of Korea to promote and discover ideas for joint research program.
The event will hold at African Union Commissions Conference Complex, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia between 25th and 27th April, 2017. Dr. Inam’s project idea successfully passed the first round and during the workshop would be further developed into full Proposal for funding by Korean Agency for International Development.
UNIUYO CEESR SUPPORT GROUP DONATE TOWARDS PHASE 1 BUILDING A donation of 5,000 USD has been received from UNIUYO-CEESR support group to advance progress on the CEESR building project. The fund has been utilized to advance the phase 1 building.
